Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of court document filing and legal document preparation.
- Assist legal assistants and attorneys with multiple priorities and tasks on a daily basis.
- Fully support multiple attorneys when their primary legal assistant is unavailable.
- Assist the administrative team with matter intake, ensuring database accuracy, assisting the accounting department with data scanning, distributing daily mail, and performing other firm administration tasks.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation defense is required.
- Experience in medical malpractice defense is preferred.
- The ability to learn job and firm procedures quickly is essential.
- A typing speed of 70 words per minute is required.
Salary Information:
- Pay starts from $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Additional Information:
