- Partnering with Product, Legal, Marketing, Business Operations, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot obstacles and devise creative solutions
- Developing communication programs to ensure a world-class client experience through tailored outreach plans and organizing group events
- Monitoring the efficacy of all inbound and outbound client communications to drive client engagement
- Overseeing staffing needs, training, and onboarding of new case team members
Education and Experience Information
