Job Title: File Clerk/Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
The File Clerk/Receptionist at the law firm is responsible for managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks. The primary duties include providing clerical and administrative assistance to two attorneys, answering multi-line phones, typing and editing letters and various documents, filing and indexing hard client files, and managing copying, scanning, and faxing of documents. Additional responsibilities involve processing incoming and outgoing mail, greeting clients and vendors, assisting with ordering and managing office supplies, and supporting accounts payable tasks and records. The role also encompasses various clerical and general office-related tasks.
Education and Experience Information:
The position is an entry-level role, ideally suited for candidates with at least one year of experience working in a law office or some office experience. The candidate should possess client-centered communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong attention to detail. The candidate must be reliable, motivated, a team player, a quick learner, and have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe is required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills and familiarity with Clio are considered a plus.
Salary Information:
The pay for the File Clerk/Receptionist position is to per hour. The job is part-time, with expected hours of no less than 20 per week.

Work Location:
The position is based in San Diego, CA 92121, and requires in-person attendance. Candidates should have the ability to commute to this location. Relocation to San Diego, CA 92121 before starting work is preferred.
