Job Title: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information or taking messages.
- Conduct general screenings for potential new clients and collaborate directly with the client intake team through their processes and procedures.
- Greet individuals entering the establishment, ascertain the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Assist other staff members with scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
- Address and resolve complaints from clients or the public, escalating issues if unable to resolve them independently.
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed.
- Transmit information or documents to clients and staff members.
- Respond to questions from clients or members of the public.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Provide information about the establishment, such as the location of offices or services provided.
- Perform duties such as plant care, maintaining all common areas, and keeping the kitchen clean.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general office software including email, video conferencing, and internet browser. Proficiency with CLIO is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as copy machines, multi-line phone systems, and printers.
- High school diploma or GED.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated compensation for this role is $18 - $23 per hour, but the final offer will depend on experience.
- The pay range for this position is $18 - $23 per hour.
Additional Information:
- This role is on-site in the Rancho Bernardo office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
