The Role:

As a Litigation Paralegal at LDM, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in their casework. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting legal research and investigation
- Assisting with drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Organizing and managing case files and documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Coordinating with attorneys and other team members to prepare for trials and hearings
- Maintaining knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to the cases

Requirements:

- Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent formal education in the legal field
- Previous working experience as a paralegal in litigation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle strict deadlines
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical chronologies
- Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice preferred
