Job Title: Client Program Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
The Client Program Coordinator at the law firm is responsible for providing high-level support to client program teams. This includes overseeing matter management, contributing to process flow organization, and acting as a liaison between clients, the firm’s timekeepers, and interoffice departments. Specific responsibilities include:
- Running conflict checks
- Maintaining knowledge management resources
- Creating solutions to business opportunities
- Working with lawyers and staff to meet service expectations
- Addressing specific problems or opportunities to enable the firm to provide excellent, differentiated service
- Driving service innovation to deliver services more efficiently, effectively, and profitably
- Learning new technology tools like legal project management, data visualization, and document automation
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new personnel to meet client needs
- Managing numerous requests affecting the firm’s legal teams and the client’s legal operations team
- Acting as a point of contact for program teams and responsible attorneys
- Editing and overseeing upkeep of client-facing matter management sites
- Tracking and reporting on project plans and deliverables
- Assisting with the implementation of project management frameworks
Education and Experience Information:
- 1+ years of experience in legal services or another services industry
- A high school diploma or GED certification is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, HighQ, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SharePoint is preferred
- Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed or requested
Salary Information:
The salary for the Client Program Coordinator position varies based on location:
- Washington State: $62,000 to $68,000 annually ( hourly)
- California (Los Angeles): $62,000 to $71,000 annually ( hourly)
- California (San Francisco): $73,000 to $78,000 annually ( hourly)
- New York City: $73,000 to $80,000 annually ( hourly)
- Washington .: $66,000 to $73,000 annually ( hourly)
Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement contributions, and various voluntary programs.
