Job Title: Client Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

- Marketing Operations: Assist the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team with administrative tasks, including invoicing, vendor relations, membership management, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Webinar Support: Support webinars by scheduling, drafting descriptions, submitting request forms, managing production, reviewing PowerPoints, and handling post-webinar follow-up.
- Research: Prepare research reports and track practice group victories and experiences.
- Event and Conference Support: Assist with planning and executing firm events and conferences, managing budgeting, site selection, vendor and promo item ordering, booth setup, on-site logistics, and follow-up.
- Promotional Items: Manage promotional items for assigned practice groups or industry teams, including order placement, inventory management, timely delivery, expense tracking, and invoicing.
- Rankings and Directory Submissions: Organize submissions to national and local rankings and directories, coordinating with the MBD team to collect and prepare draft submissions, follow-up, and report results.
- Internal Communications: Assist with internal communications and messaging through the intranet site, newsletters, and announcements.
- Firmwide Initiatives: Provide support for various firmwide marketing and business development initiatives as requested.

Education and Experience Information:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines, manage high volumes of work, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with writing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation tools, social media tools, CRM, and experience management tools.

Additional Information:

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Occasional travel may be required for onsite event and conference support.
