Recruiting Coordinator at National Law Firm - Full-Time, Flexible Options Available
GRSM is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our national law firm team. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite. We prefer candidates with experience in medium to large law firms and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and firm leaders
- Solicit feedback and manage projects related to lateral partner recruitment and onboarding
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Recruiting department
- Source candidates and conduct outreach using recruiting tools and strategies
- Maintain and update reports and records with accuracy and timeliness
- Track projects and deadlines involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Understand the impact of firm administration departments and their relationship to the overall firm operations
- Provide support for team members and cross-functional areas as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting
- College degree or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ko,000 DOE and location

Proficiency in Microsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, Kofax Power PDF, and DocuSign is preferred. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, personable, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and location.
