Job Title: Associate - Investment Services

Job Responsibilities:
The role of Corporate Associate within the Investment Services team at the law firm encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at facilitating and supporting investment services across a variety of client engagements. The associate will:

- Work closely with shareholders to provide comprehensive legal advice and services.
- Participate actively in business development and client-facing activities to foster relationships and expand the client base.
- Play a leading or key role in transactions, focusing on investment company reorganizations or mergers.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously, ensuring that all client needs and regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent client service and to contribute to the firm’s overall success.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must have a . degree with strong academic credentials.
- The role requires 4-7 years of experience dealing with registered investment companies, investment advisers, and regulatory and compliance matters under federal securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933.
- Experience with mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, and/or independent trustees and directors is necessary.
- The candidate must be admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position includes:
- An annual base salary ranging from $280,000 to $330,000, commensurate with class year and experience.
- A discretionary annual bonus program.
