Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be managing cases from pre-litigation to settlement/trial, calendaring deadlines, scheduling and setting up depositions, both in person and remotely, filing and serving documents with the court via electronic portals, document management, supporting attorneys with client communications and working with outside vendors. Should have 3-5 years of working in civil litigation experience. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Adobe Pro, and Google calendar. Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure (Federal and State) is a plus. Spanish language proficiency is required.
