Job Title: Pricing and Legal Project Management Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and track comprehensive and realistic budgets.
- Assist with the finance portion of RFP responses.
- Prepare and provide client and attorney-requested reports and data.
- Establish best practices and operational procedures to ensure client relationships and matter support.
- Work closely with Firm leaders, Finance, Business Intake, IT, and other departments.
- Provide detailed input for plans and budgets that meet client needs and Firm profit objectives.
- Monitor performance against actuals, particularly where Alternative Fee Arrangements are proposed.
- Create specific matter plans in line with client and attorney objectives to better track performance.
- Participate in legal operations tasks for clients, such as creating process documents.
- Develop standardized practice group, client, and matter-level processes and procedures to ease administrative work and data and metrics collection for reporting.
- Coordinate data gathering and analysis for quarterly client reviews and presentations (QBRs).
- Assist the attorney team with ad hoc financial requests and provide recommendations.
- Work with attorneys to create rate cards when required by RFPs.
- Collaborate with IT to develop various automated reports to increase efficiency.
- Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in pricing, legal project management, and/or financial analysis.
- Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
- Capability to achieve certification in legal pricing and/or legal project management within two years.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability of managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas, macros).
- Knowledge of profitability software, such as Redwood, and Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and as an effective team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and additional hours to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

Salary Information:
The position may be filled in Washington, Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, or Colorado, with base salary ranges as follows:
- Washington: $78,000 - $118,000/yr
- Illinois: $78,000 - $118,000/yr
- District of Columbia: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
- New York City: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
- California: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
