We are currently seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architecture Manager to join our team and lead our Solutions Architecture department. This role is essential in driving our firm's digital business strategies, balancing innovation and growth, and ensuring alignment between business and IT goals.

Job Title: IT Enterprise Architecture Manager (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution architecture design

Key Responsibilities:

- Design the required architecture to drive business outcomes in collaboration with the CIO, IT, and department leaders
- Lead and oversee the Solutions Architecture team to provide direction, insight, and recommendations
- Analyze the current technology environment and identify deficiencies, technical debt, and improvement solutions
- Manage the design and layout of data centers and remote office rooms
- Develop and maintain data center system documentation
- Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Construct and maintain deliverables showing current and future-state architecture models
- Facilitate the research and evaluation of hardware and software technology and product standards
- Develop visualizations to communicate the value of enterprise architecture to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT peers and product owners to enable infrastructure agility and scalability
- Coach and mentor product owners and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking

Required Qualifications & Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture design
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS, CISSP, Professional Cloud Solutions Architect, Open CA, ITIL)
- Knowledge in various technologies such as application development, APIs, mobile development, cloud, and security
- Exposure to diverse technical configurations and environments
- Experience in designing and constructing diagrams for server rooms and data centers
- Knowledge of business process management and integration methods
- Understanding of portfolio management and agile principles
- Knowledge of IT service management and change management

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
