Our ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in complex litigation and a strong interest in handling cutting edge class action work. Responsibilities:
- Defend class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud.
- Conduct legal research and writing for complex litigation cases.
- Handle cutting edge class action work.
- Collaborate with a team of employment law professionals and class action litigators.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in complex litigation.
- Strong academic credentials and research and writing skills.
- Relevant bar admission required.
- Experience in defending class action lawsuits preferred.

Compensation:
- Target annual pay range of $350,000+.
- Actual pay will vary based on experience, skill-set, business needs, and market factors.
- Additional components of our total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.

Work Environment:
- Part-hybrid work environment available.
- Positions open in Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas (Austin, Dallas, or Houston), or California (LA/San Francisco) offices.
