Law Firm is currently seeking a File Clerk/ Receptionist to join their team. This position is responsible for filing, sorting and organizing documents, and providing back up receptionist duties.
**Job Summary**
The File Clerk/ Receptionist will be responsible for file organization and maintenance, and providing back up receptionist duties. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- File and organize documents and correspondence
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide back up receptionist duties
- Respond to telephone inquiries
- Forward emails to the appropriate attorneys
- Open files and request files
- Maintain file systems
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous legal experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great software skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to follow through on tasks
