This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $160,000 per year and the chance to work with domestic and international clients in various areas of law. As a Real Estate Finance Paralegal, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence materials, drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs, and abstracting complex recorded title documents. You will also be responsible for creating, managing, coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also be comfortable interfacing with various parties and able to work independently while managing deadlines and multiple work streams. Proficient/advanced knowledge of Office Suite is preferred. In addition to the key responsibilities, the group is also looking for a paralegal with experience drafting deeds, authorizing resolutions, and other purchase and sale closing documents.
