Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support ongoing cases and prepare for trials. The responsibilities include conducting fact-finding projects, maintaining case files, and performing various administrative tasks. Key duties involve:
- Performing secretarial, clerical, and data entry tasks.
- Maintaining the attorney’s calendar and scheduling depositions, pre-depositions, meetings, mediations, and hearings.
- Managing documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- E-filing legal documents in Pennsylvania’s E-Portal System.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences.
- Drafting legal court documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
- Sending correspondence to parties/non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail.
- Communicating with clients.
- Setting up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of litigation experience, with personal injury experience highly preferred. Trial experience is also preferred, along with experience in e-filing in both state and federal courts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills with clients and co-workers, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. A teamwork-oriented approach is essential.
