Job Title: Legal Secretary/Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging catering and other logistics.
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks or other software.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is relevant for medical receptionist positions.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is required for positions involving bookkeeping or financial tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour.
