Job Title: Director of Business Development Analytics & Intelligence Job Responsibilities: The Director of Business Development Analytics & Intelligence is a critical role within the law firm, responsible for shaping the future of the firm's marketing, communications, and business development data strategy. This position focuses on integrating AI technologies with business intelligence, analytics, and client engagement to drive innovation and support the firm's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include: - Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing and business development data strategy. - Developing and refining infrastructure to support data strategy and evolving based on industry trends. - Building complex data models from various datasets to develop predictive analytics models for sales and client relationship insights. - Enhancing data visualization outputs to communicate trends and actionable insights effectively. - Analyzing and interpreting business data to report actionable insights. - Collaborating with leaders across departments to identify data needs and strategies, aiming to reduce manual efforts and enable real-time reporting. - Building and evolving AI agents that interact with systems like Salesforce, Foundation, and PowerBI. - Enhancing client profiles by incorporating data from internal and external sources. - Conducting hypothesis testing for predictive analysis on client growth and retention. - Monitoring AI and data analytics industry trends to implement best practices within the department. - Working with IT and Knowledge Management teams to integrate data strategies and AI initiatives for improved decision-making and efficiency. - Leading, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Education and Experience Information: Candidates for the Director of Business Development Analytics & Intelligence position should have the following qualifications: - A . - At least twelve (12) years of related work experience. - A proven track record in developing and implementing data models and AI solutions. - Strong knowledge and experience with data collection systems such as Salesforce, Foundation, and PowerBI. - An innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology for business growth. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). - Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) software. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities. - Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. - Flexibility to travel and work varying hours. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. Salary Information: The Director of Business Development Analytics & Intelligence position offers a competitive total rewards package, including a target hiring range of $232,000 - $364,000. This range is not a guarantee of final salary offers, as base pay is determined by market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay is part of a comprehensive package that includes a discretionary bonus and benefits. Full-time positions are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
