Job Title: Legal Assistant/Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage office calendar, schedule appointments, and maintain conference room availability.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documents.
- Keep the reception and waiting area tidy and organized.
- Draft and proofread legal documents such as letters, memos, etc.
- Organize and maintain client files—both physical and electronic.
- Track deadlines, dates, and appointments.
- Communicate with clients, doctors’ offices, and opposing counsel as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Salary Information:
- Pay: From per hour.
- Expected hours: 40 per week.
