Job Title: Receptionist (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for the law firm, the Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. Key responsibilities include:

- Professionally answering and directing all incoming phone calls.
- Responding promptly and courteously to client emails and inquiries.
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors upon arrival.
- Managing conference room scheduling and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing.
- Supporting attorneys and staff with ad hoc office tasks as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates are preferred to have prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

- Language Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish without limitations or assistance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.

Salary Information:
