Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years experience in Personal Injury for litigation department. Must have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, effective written and oral communication skills, and great attention to detail. Experience in personal injury is required; experience with using Needles software is a major plus. Provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Assist with drafting and reviewing of legal documents. File documents with the court. Communicate with clients. Scheduling/Calendaring. Potential negotiation of claims. Obtain medical/billing affidavits.. Must be bilingual. Needles experience strongly preferred.
