Job Title: Digital Marketing Senior Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist at the law firm is tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing and maintaining the firm's brand presence. Key duties include:
- Writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing social media posts across the law firm's markets in Chicago, Minneapolis, Florida, and Washington, ., as well as managing website content to ensure it accurately reflects the firm's voice and brand.
- Compiling, formatting, and distributing e-communications, such as newsletters (both internal and external) and invitations, while strategizing to enhance and build email marketing lists within the firm's CRM system.
- Tracking and analyzing social media metrics and contributing to the development of strategy based on this analysis.
- Leading content onboarding, curation, and copywriting for the employee advocacy social media program.
- Collaborating with the firm's Marketing Specialist to create and implement SEO strategies for the firm's website.
- Providing video and audio editing services for the firm's video content and podcasts.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist position should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, website content management, and e-communication.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys and staff.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to pursue new challenges independently or in collaboration with a team.
- Willingness to assist with tasks as needed, including on-site event support.
- Proficient knowledge of website content management systems, social media platforms, online survey tools (such as Survey Monkey or similar), outbound e-communication tools, video and audio editing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AP Style, HTML, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus.
- Five to seven years of marketing or communications experience.
- This is a full-time role that requires periodic travel and may involve occasional work outside standard business hours.
