Responsibilities:
- Assist E-Billing Manager and Team with On-boarding Tasks for New Clients
- Troubleshoot E-Billing Issues and Provide Support to Billing Department Team Members
- Manage Overflow E-Billing Invoice Submissions
- Record and Maintain Accurate Billing Codes
- Coordinate with Pricing and Project Management Team for Special Rate Arrangements
- Respond Promptly to Requests and Prepare Analyses as Needed
- Collaborate with Billers and Collection Coordinators for E-Billing Short-Pays and Appeals

Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of Legal Billing Experience
- Proficiency with Financial/Billing Software, Preferably Aderant Expert
- Experience with Electronic Billing on Various Platforms, Preferably BillBlast
- Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Interact Professionally with All Levels of the Firm
- High Level of Customer Service in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability to Manage High Volume of Tasks with Attention to Detail and Prioritize Effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Strong Knowledge of Excel Preferred
