**Job Description:**
- Serve as privacy counsel for **Members Only** HQ and select business units across the **Members Only** family of businesses
- Develop and improve upon data privacy policies and procedures
- Track and advise on international and domestic privacy laws and regulations
- Implement and maintain global data privacy requirements and procedures
- Complete and review privacy impact assessments, vendor questionnaires, and other compliance documentation
- Counsel business and technology teams on privacy issues related to human resource management and consumer activities
- Assist with potential data breach incidents and required notifications
- Negotiate privacy terms for third party agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office
**Relevant Experience:**
- 3+ years of experience in-house or at a major law firm with a focus on data privacy
- Substantive knowledge and experience in developing and implementing data privacy policies and procedures
- Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters outside the .
- Familiarity with HIPPA a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent legal and business judgment
- Law degree and license to practice law in NY
- CIPP/CIPM/CISM certification preferred
