The Position

- Phillips & Associates, a top law firm in New York for victims of sexual harassment and discrimination, is seeking experienced attorneys to support their legal writing and drafting needs.
- This is a remote and flexible position, allowing for a work-life balance.
- The selected candidates will be responsible for drafting state and federal complaints, court pleadings, and motions.

Responsibilities

- Draft federal employment discrimination complaints and other legal documents based on provided facts and information.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 1-2 years of litigation or clerkship experience.
- Experience handling investigations, hearings, and trials.
- Demonstrated interest and skill in legal writing, research, and analysis.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to write clearly, effectively, and persuasively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Collaborative and collegial approach to work with a desire to learn and grow in a team-based environment.
- A commitment to advocating for those who have been deprived of their legal rights in the workplace.
