Attorneys work together in a team oriented environment and receive relatively competitive salaries.
Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be expected to assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process including electronic document review, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, file analysis, and research. Must have Bachelor s degree with 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. Must have working knowledge of federal court practice and Experience with e-discovery software, particularly Relativity, is preferred. Experience with NY and CT state court practice, and ERISA litigation, is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills (with emphasis on detail) and the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
