Job Title: Immigration Paralegal (2+ yrs experience in family immigration law)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with attorneys on case preparation for all categories of family immigration.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions, including family-based petitions and naturalization applications.
- Provide support during removal proceedings and litigation as needed.

- Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and keep them informed about the status of their cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US immigration law, specifically in family immigration and naturalization.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong understanding of US immigration procedures and protocols.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
