Title Insurance Agent / Paralegal The candidate should have a strong work ethic, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing, we hope you will consider joining team of professionals dedicated to putting Clients First. Reviewing real property title searches, deeds, tax records, estate division files, map/plat records, subdivision records, civil actions, etc. Preparing title commitments, affidavits and settlement sheets and other closing documents. Conducting real estate closings and/or performing special research projects. Should have a minimum of two years of experience with real estate closings, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and possess a paralegal certificate or a degree from an ABA-approved program, or similar knowledge and experience.
