Post Judgment Paralegal The candidate will review post-judgment files to determine what, if any, enforcement action is appropriate. Generate enforcement documents in accordance with the forms, policies, and procedures provided by the Firm. Submit enforcement documents to the court, marshal or sheriff for processing. Supervise and track enforcement processes and documents. Enter and post all enforcement data and documents into the firm's case management system. Communicate with enforcement officers, courts, banks, employers, attorneys and consumers about garnishment accounts. Should have 1-2 years legal office experience.
