Legal Assistant at **Members Only**

**Members Only** is a fast-growing immigration law firm looking to hire a Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work within a team. The successful candidate will receive training.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Attorney to prepare case filing and draft documents


• Update database(s) and utilize case management tools effectively


• Monitor case status and track deadlines and expiration dates


• Conduct legal research and draft immigration blog articles


• Update websites, social media and blog contents, design marketing materials


• Maintain hard copy files and documents as required to support immigration activity.


• Scanning and Copying of Immigration Petitions


• Basic translation work and coordinate translation work with a third-party agency


• Answer phone calls, client inquiries, and keep track of case status


• Other office administrations

Job Requirements

• required


• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required


• Must be detail-oriented, hard work and with team spirit


• Exceptional research, writing, and organizational skills


• Familiar with employment-based and family-based immigration process preferred


• Customer service experience preferred


• Skilled in Microsoft Office apps required
