Sr Paralegal - Trademark The candidate' will be working side by side with lawyers, co-counsel, and clients on an array of substantive client matters. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate; Should have 8 years' experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm; Should have strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience; Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology; Knowledge of USPTO procedures; Conducting trademark clearance searches.
