- The manager will work closely with various departments within the firm to develop strategies and programs that enhance client relationships.

- The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a related field, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as strong communication skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
- The primary location for this position is New York, but other locations may be considered.
- The actual base pay offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
- The anticipated pay range for this position is $93,500 - $158,125 per year, with the potential for a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities:
H1: Client Service Manager - Responsibilities
H2: Primary Areas of Responsibility
- Supports assigned Client Service Teams in strategic planning, trainings, events, and other initiatives to deepen client relationships.
- Utilizes the firm's Client Relationship Management platform to provide and analyze key relationship insights.
- Manages and drafts content for Client Service Insights newsletters.
- Assists with managing the Client Feedback Program and prepares reports on participation and key themes.
- Develops and presents content for meetings and trainings related to the Client Service Program.
- Updates and maintains projects in the team's project management software.
- Responds to inquiries and advises on improvements to team processes.
- Must be able to travel and attend key events and meetings on occasion.

- Minimum of five years of experience in a related field, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and fact-checking skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Aptitude for learning new software, systems, and procedures quickly.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude with a curiosity about technology, life sciences, and the new energy economy.
- Ability to travel and attend key events and meetings on occasion.
