Benesch is looking for a talented and experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Cleveland. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial modeling and strategic pricing to make an immediate impact on our Firm's bottom line. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in strategic pricing, preferably in the legal or professional services sector. They should also have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

As the Pricing Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Client Value & Practice Management to develop and implement pricing strategies at the matter, client, and portfolio level. You will collaborate with attorneys to create innovative pricing solutions that meet client needs while also meeting our Firm's financial targets. This is a highly visible role within the Firm, and you will have the opportunity to present educational sessions to attorneys to enhance their understanding of effective pricing approaches.

In addition to working with our attorneys, you will also work with our Business Development and Marketing team to provide informed responses for pricing portions of client pitches and RFP responses. You will also support annual rate adjustment analysis and oversee the ongoing monitoring and management of all types of rate exceptions. This is a dynamic role that requires continuous learning and staying abreast of financial trends and alternative pricing best practices.

We are seeking a candidate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BI reporting tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of Aderant is a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect data and statistics with business outcomes for analysis and forecasting. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. You should be able to confidently explain complex concepts to professionals of different backgrounds.
