Job Title: Legal Secretary (Private Client & Tax) at Law Firm in San Francisco Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple attorneys or senior leaders simultaneously, law firm experience preferred but not required. Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually H1: Join Our Team as a Legal Secretary in San Francisco H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Draft letters and trust and estate related documents - Support fee-earners and clients by reviewing and routing correspondence and legal documents - Manage attorneys' calendars and schedule meetings and travel arrangements - Maintain electronic filing system and input attorney time - Prepare expense reports and assist with billing process - Support new client intake process - Operate office equipment and maintain confidentiality - Perform other job-related duties as assigned Key Skills and Experience - Proven experience supporting others and managing a busy workload - Highly organized and efficient in task management - Resourceful, composed, and empathetic - Experience in a fast-paced estate planning practice - Excellent client service skills - Strong relationship building and communication skills - 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm What Success Looks Like - Meeting team client service goals - Leading by example as a team member - Managing partner's calendar and enabling them to focus on client work - Successfully handling new technology and projects - Building trust and confidence with clients and referral sources Education Requirements: About the Law Firm **Members Only** in San Francisco and become a valued member of our legal support staff.
