The manager organizes and participates in regular Client Team meetings, commissions client research, monitors and shares intelligence about clients and their markets, and coordinates client-wide RFPs, pitches, and fee arrangements. They identify opportunities for post-pitch debriefs, post-matter reviews, and annual meetings with clients, ensure delivery of service commitments, and develop relationships with clients. Additionally, they manage and develop junior members of the Client Development team.
