Responsibilities:
- Manage attorneys' schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as key point of contact for partners, clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath
- E-File documents via E-Portal and E-Service to opposing counsel
- Track and manage documents produced in response to requests from agencies
- Draft essential legal documents
- Perform administrative duties to support unit operations
- Keep client systems up-to-date

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant foreclosure or bankruptcy experience
- Solid understanding of legal proceedings
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player
