Procopio's Labor & Employment Team, led by nationally recognized attorneys, is seeking a mid to senior level associate with litigation experience to join their team in either San Diego or Del Mar Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join an AmLaw 200 Firm and have the chance for substantial client contact, practice development, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 6-8 years of experience in single plaintiff employment litigation, as well as experience with wage and hour class and representative actions. Counseling experience is a plus. Our best candidates are those who are both client and team centric, comfortable with routine court appearances, and have experience participating in depositions and mediations. The preferred location for this position is either our San Diego or Del Mar Heights office.

Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and possess excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and research skills are essential. Past experience with moot court and/or law review or law journals is preferred. A judicial clerkship is also highly beneficial. The salary range for this position is $205,000 to $250,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Procopio also offers significant bonus opportunities for attorneys at all levels.
