Job Title: Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will work with a diverse team of attorneys and staff to manage a dynamic employment and class action case load. The primary responsibilities include interfacing with clients, drafting law and motion documents, arguing motions, conducting all aspects of discovery, and attending mediations. The role requires the attorney to collaborate effectively with others in a team-oriented office environment. The attorney should also possess the capability to manage and perform all aspects of litigation throughout the lifecycle of a case. This includes managing junior attorneys and effectively handling complex litigation cases such as wage and hour class actions, securities class actions, or construction defect cases. Experience in managing all aspects of discovery practice, including taking and defending depositions, as well as drafting and responding to written discovery, is necessary. The attorney will also be responsible for all aspects of law and motion. Trial and/or arbitration hearing experience is considered a plus.

Education and Experience:
The desired candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation. The candidate must demonstrate strong legal writing and exceptional legal research skills. Experience in federal and state complex litigation is required, including specific cases such as wage and hour class actions, securities class actions, or construction defect cases. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in all aspects of discovery practice and law and motion. Having trial and/or arbitration hearing experience is advantageous.

Salary Information:
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
