Job Responsibilities
- Work on employment litigation matters of various sizes, including individual, class, and PAGA litigation.
- Maintain extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel.
- Assist with workplace investigations.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions.
- Draft and respond to discovery and correspondence.
Education and Experience Information
- .
- 2 to 5 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience is highly preferred.
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
Salary Information
- $130, to $160,
