- Seeking an attorney with at least 6 years of experience in handling intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions
- Opportunity to work on high-stakes transactions and agreements involving the development, transfer, and use of intellectual property assets
- Work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions

Qualifications:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house handling licensing and technology transaction matters
- Bar admission in Minnesota, California, Utah, Texas, or Washington or ability to become admitted in these states
- Strong communication and writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Work on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions
- Negotiate agreements involving emerging technologies
- Draft and negotiate license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements
- Collaborate with various industry groups within the firm
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
