## Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least . The right candidate must possess the following qualifications:
* Customer service experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and a problem solver
* Excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to process and produce a high volume of work
* Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
* Knowledge of relevant software, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
* Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
* Experience in a fast-paced work environment
* Able to multi-task and deal with interruptions
* Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
## Responsibilities
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Daily mail processing and disbursal to office employees
* Professionally answer and manage incoming/outgoing phone calls
* Greet and interact with clients and other visitors
* Prepare, edit, and send basic correspondence; assemble/scan documents
* Paper filing of correspondence and other legal documents
* Arrange and confirm appointments
* Manage day-to-day office needs
* Various other tasks may be assigned by other members of the staff
* Managing general office supplies, printer paper & ink, etc.
* Maintain cleanliness and order of general office areas and kitchens.
## Benefits and Compensation
The **Members Only** offers a competitive salary of $18-$21 per hour. Additional benefits include dental, health, and 401k.
