Job Title: Tax Legal Business Associate Senior Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant in Legal Entity Management within the department, the primary focus is to enable clients' annual governance processes with an emphasis on United States compliance. The role involves supporting the review of governance structures, assessments of corporate documents, and management of corporate data. Key responsibilities include:

- Structuring, executing, and playing a role in delivering United States Legal Entity Management operate services.
- Developing eminence and thought leadership materials in Legal Entity Management and legal innovation.
- Monitoring the performance of Legal Entity Management engagement delivery teams.
- Advising on proposals and planning for Board of Directors’ and stockholders’ meetings.
- Assisting with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities, including corporate compliance activities such as annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers, powers of attorney, and annual reports.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of relevant experience in legal entity management, corporate legal secretarial experience, or alternative legal service industry experience. Candidates should have experience with the entity management lifecycle, including regular filings, drafting consent, and associated entity management activities. Familiarity with legal technology and its application in legal entity management or contract lifecycle management is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology skills like Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, and Tableau is required. The role also demands the ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on the work and clients served.

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain one of the following accreditations:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- Licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent), Enrolled Agent, PMP, Contract & Commercial Management Certification, Certified Financial Analyst, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Procurement/Legal Procurement or SAS® Certified Data Scientist, or Paralegal Certification with a 4-year degree.

Preferred qualifications include being an Attorney barred in a US jurisdiction, experience in legal entity management in the financial services industry, and knowledge of Legal Entity Management databases and systems.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this role takes into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $95,900 to $203,060. Compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Additionally, there may be eligibility for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to organizational and individual performance.
