Law Firm Seeking Proposal Specialist for Marketing and Business Development Role
Job Title: Proposal Specialist
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 3-5 years in a proposal role, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
Location: Atlanta, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Washington, DC (hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office per week)

**Members Only**, a leading law firm committed to diversity and community support, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This individual will play a crucial role in responding to request for proposals (RFPs) and supporting the firm's overall strategy, business development, and client relationship management goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage RFP responses
- Collaborate with Legal Pricing/Project Management, Risk Management, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, legal administrative assistants, and partner firms to complete projects
- Coordinate RFP intake and identify relevant attorneys and Business Development team members for notification
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule, ensuring a smooth production process and timely delivery of the final product
- Coordinate rollout of experience database
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with coursework in marketing, business, communications, or writing
- 3-5 years of experience in a proposal role, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of systems
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with strong client service and teamwork skills
