The **Members Only**'s Office is seeking experienced Senior Paralegals to join our legal team and provide support to our Assistant Attorney Generals. This is a full-time position with remote options available.
As a Senior Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of attorneys on a variety of legal matters, including researching, analyzing, and preparing legal documents. You will also have access to highly confidential information and reports, making discretion and confidentiality crucial in this role.
We are currently seeking Senior Paralegals to support our Child and Family Protection Division in locations statewide. Our office also offers opportunities to work in other legal divisions, with more information available on our website.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and review a wide range of legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, pleadings, motions, and more.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda on complex legal and factual issues.
• Manage discovery documents and assist with the disclosure process in complex cases.
• Maintain legal records, files, and case management systems.
Requirements:
• Completion of a Legal Assisting or Paralegal studies program preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and utilizing case management systems.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and ability to travel as needed.
