Job Title: Corporate/Employment Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on employment-related compliance issues, including worker classification, wage and hour laws, immigration matters, unions and collective bargaining, employment policies and handbooks, and equal opportunity laws.
- Drafting employment agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Drafting separation agreements and providing counsel on reductions-in-force and WARN Act issues.
- Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants to protect company interests.
- Conducting employment-related diligence and handling employment-related representations and covenants in transaction documents, which is considered an advantage.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should possess at least 8 years of employment law work experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and organizational skills are required.
- A strong client-team focused work ethic is essential.
- Candidates should be members in good standing of (or eligible to waive into) the bar of the law firm office where they will be based.

Salary Information:
- The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $400,000.
- Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, including experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
