About the Role:

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth and identifying new business opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who can support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, while also actively contributing to business development initiatives. If you have a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive approach, we want you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Identify and research potential business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to outreach strategies to expand our client base and partnerships
- Create, write, and edit compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, case studies, and proposals
- Support lead generation efforts by managing lead lists, qualifying leads, and nurturing potential clients through targeted email marketing, social media outreach, and personalized content
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing and business development efforts, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve results
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business development strategies and ensure cohesive outreach

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally with a background in campaign management, lead generation, or B2B marketing
- Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing tools, as well as knowledge of social media management and basic marketing KPIs
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content and proposals
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions in both marketing and business development
