Job Title: Exchange Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a general understanding of the 1031 exchange rules to enable basic processing of the transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to secure client engagements.
- Prepare exchange documents and coordinate with clients and their advisors.
- Manage high volume transactions.
- Track critical dates through calendar management and follow up accordingly.
- Conduct extensive verbal and written communication to coordinate with clients, their representatives, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Maintain client files, account statements, balance escrow accounts, and provide administrative support.
- Verify wire disbursements with clients and third-party recipients.
Education and Experience Information:
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred).
- Paralegal: 1 year (Required).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in utilizing Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- High level of customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must possess a strong work ethic.
- Experience with tax and real estate concepts preferred, but not required.
- Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
