The candidate should preferably have 2+ years of experience as a patent agent drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in preparing opinions, and conducting prior art searches in medical devices and bioengineering. Expertise in mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), computer science, and related fields would be a plus. An undergraduate or graduate degree in bioengineering, engineering, or computer science is strongly preferred. Should possess strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
