**Members Only** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney Development Manager to support our growing team of attorneys and business professionals. This is a remote opportunity for licensed attorneys residing in Georgia, with a start date of June 1, 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the training needs of our attorneys, developing engaging training programs, and managing the firm's legal training programs. You will also work closely with our Marketing Department to create client-facing training programs and assist with associate integration and professional development.
If you have a Juris Doctorate degree and 3-5 years of Family Law practice experience, we want to hear from you. Experience designing and managing training programs within a law firm or professional services organization is preferred, along with proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, LMS platforms, Slack, and Zoom.

Responsibilities:
- Assess attorney training needs and develop engaging programs
- Manage and accredit the firm's legal training programs
- Collaborate with leadership to develop training tracks for executives and managers
- Work with Marketing Department on client-facing training programs
- Assist with associate integration, mentoring, and professional development
- Maintain and expand the firm's training library in the Learning Management System
Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
- 3-5 years of Family Law practice experience
- Preferred: Experience designing and managing training programs within a law firm or professional services organization
- Technology skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, LMS platforms, Slack, and Zoom
