Job Title: Clerical Operations Assistant I

Job Responsibilities:
As a Clerical Operations Assistant I at the law firm, the primary responsibilities involve performing various operational and clerical tasks to support the Operations team. The role includes:

- Inputting various types of data into computer systems or databases, which may include alphanumeric data, numerical data, text, and other relevant information.
- Pulling data from various software sources.
- Scheduling monthly calls with clients for file pulls.
- Printing and mailing correspondence.
- Verifying notices within the systems.
- Loading and verifying data into systems from various internal and external platforms.
- Researching data for reporting purposes.
- Engaging in clerical work and performing manual data entry operational tasks.
- Working collaboratively with the Operations Team.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates should possess fast and accurate typing skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is necessary.
- Additional education or training in data entry or computer-related fields or experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of to per hour, which is commensurate with experience. The role is full-time and hourly based.
